If you’ve been thinking about introducing training to your lifestyle, one of the most crucial things is to actually make a habit out of it. For the majority of the population, forming a new habit takes right about 21 days. You need the right training approach, in case you have certain goals in mind.

Right Training Approach: There are two main ways to get fit—with a diet or with training. A good diet helps you lose weight faster than just working out would, but if you don't exercise at all then you won't see results either way. The key is finding the right mix of both diet and exercise so that you can reach your goals as quickly as possible without putting too much strain on your body or losing motivation along the way. The works outs and nutrition based recipes all come with videos for you to follow. 

The 21-day Workout challenge was created to give you a fundamental base of physical development. This workout progression will create the right stimulus for your basic physical properties:

This 21 day challenge contains a PDF Booklet for you to follow. The training plan presented in this guide is a mix of weight training and cardio activities, so whether your goal is to look/feel better or improve your stamina, you have it all here!

A Meal planner is generated to help you to make healthier choices. This is available on an easy to use app, meal swaps are also available.

T and C , this programme is only available for the 21 days.  You must be well to take part. You must be 6 week post partum normal delivery, 12 week c section.  If you are post op, please seek advice from GP.
